What is a private offer?
This is how Professional Services are sold through the AWS Marketplace. When you click on the Private Offer button, fill in the form with your information and we will get in touch with you discuss your project. Based on our discussion, we will agree upfront on a price and payment frequency (if applicable).
Do you offer refunds?
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with our services and will not settle for less. In the unlikely event that you believe we have failed to meet your expectations, we will happily issue a refund, no questions asked. You must request the refund within 30 days of delivery of our services. We are unable to issue refunds outside of this window.
Are your services taxable?
We do not charge any tax on the services we provide. However, the AWS Marketplace may collect taxes from you based on the jurisdiction you are located in. Any taxes collected will be clearly shown on your invoice.
Is there a credit card processing fee?
Absolutely not. There is no additional fees for purchasing our services through the AWS Marketplace.
What payments do you accept?
We accept anything that Amazon does. This includes Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Pay-As-You-Go.
Do you offer financing?
We are proud to announce that we do indeed provide financing through select Amazon partners. The option to finance our services will be shown to you when you check out.
How do I claim the services I have purchased?
After we have sent you a Private Offer and you have accepted it in the Private Offers section of the AWS Marketplace Private console, you will see your purchase in the Subscriptions section.
